Cooking time

And so... you're forced to venture into the unknown when you're away from home. My first few real attempts at cooking were in Stockholm when I was 21, going on 22. I consider my first successful dish baked rice. (*note: deemed successfully by yours truly) The next dish would have to be today's lunch. Oh yeah.. I'm keeping a record, so I know what I can or cannot do, or cook. =) I'm helping a friend keep track, so that we can tick off the food from a list when I return to Singapore n cook them.
