Handball again

Found this collage made by our handball coach ken in his lil tribute to the handball girls. Decided to kooop from him. Reminds me of the journey we went through to eventually make it to the finals, but unfortunately lost. Trainings were frequent, long and siong, but hey, what's new? After first yr of ultimate blurness, second yr of just attaining basic skill, a third yr of exchange, this is the one year which I enjoyed the game the most, felt the most involvement in the team. I felt I became more aware of the opportunities in the game, pass to pivot, realli qie dong, qie ren, really shoot and score (unfortunately I onli scored b4 at friendlies) the goals in finals were not counted cos the whistle for fouls were blown, which is one of my hugest regret. alamak... really very shi bai. Every time tell my friends I have trainnig for ihg, sounds like I'm a star player, which I actually am totally not... I tell myself I cannot be pro cos I wasn't a bballer, or netballer in sec/jc, so I cannot fly ard like janice and siqing, but then again, look at mavis and becky!! waaahh... now I got nothing to say.. No natural talent. dot. dot. dot. but nonetheless, I really enjoyed myself this season, despite my initial apprehensions of being the only C blkers and having had my old teammates graduated.
ok, sleep then fyp time.

an update

Happiness lasts for but 2 hours. It's hard when its late at night and all quiet around you. There's someone I wish who wld just disappear from my sight. But there's FYP to be done and FYP I will do. haiiiiiiya!

Vday!

Why are totally useless, purely for decorative purposes products being sold and bought on valentine's day??

Because they are also superbly sweet, and colourful and cheerful wonders that can make one suddenly feel all energized and grinny. wahahha! ThAnks Neo!!

Think of all thosse people with special someones who expect something special from their other halves and have spent the whole week worrying about how to celebrate this day. I'm sure you guys are having a great time, but only after the built-up anticipation ends, and the presents have been given and you can finally settle down to enjoy the evening, or not... There's really no element of surprise when the gift is given for most is there... I dunno.. half the population will expect some flowers? maybe chocolates? a softtoy? jewellry? then there's me, a single, with no expectations, but maybe so, someone even more easily won over by the oh so simple gestures of appreciation from my friends. Although I don't have a particularly special someone to celebrate this day with someone, I am still in high sprirts, at least for now, don't know what will happen later on at night!
thank you you you and you!!!!
